Nancy Ellithy

Mental health has always been at the heart of what I do—even before I realized it would become my professional path. With a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, I started my journey in one of the most powerful places for emotional development: early childhood. I ran my own family daycare for over a decade, and it taught me everything about empathy, connection, and how important it is to support the whole person—starting from the very beginning.
Today, I’m the Managing Partner at Positive Reset Marlboro, a behavioral health practice dedicated to compassionate, accessible care. I lead a team that’s passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported—whether it’s their first session or their next step forward.
As part of a larger franchise network, we work closely with the New Jersey Department of Health to ensure full compliance and quality care. I bring my experience in child development and family dynamics into every decision, helping create a practice where both clients and clinicians thrive.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the beach, trying new restaurants, or planning my next travel adventure.

“Mental health isn’t just about getting better—it’s about feeling supported while you grow.”
